If you're not afraid to die, you're not afraid to live....

November 21st of 2016, I was diagnosed with invasive ductal cell carcinoma. Nothing new... seems like every day I hear of someones mother, sister, uncle, brother, father....crazy, just crazy how many are bringing home the same report.

So I am not a special case, just another 1 in 2 .5 women to be diagnosed with cancer and 1 in 8 women to be diagnosed with breast cancer, right?  

So God, here I am acknowledging You in all my ways, please Father direct my path. Don't let me do anything stupid...keep me close. God, I am not afraid to die, teach me how to live,  not just live, but live well. Here I am Lord, use this, use me....  and He has, I will never be the same.

I TOOK THE ROAD LESS TRAVELED...

and that has made

In my body, mind and spirit, it has made all the difference.  I chose an unknown path, no mile markers, no certain directions, but I had peace, abounding peace that I had time.  
Time to seek His instructions and just like a faithful Father, He used precious angels to lead me to my village, my tribe. He closed some doors and opened others but most of all He gave me His word.  His written word that promised I'd be ok, His spiritual word that walks with me every day and His gentle word that speaks to my spirit.  
So i lean, He Leads.....
